I was tagged with this fun Meme by Tina. You take and spell your name with each letter. It will give you your “Japanese Name”. LOL. I just wanted the letters Y and E.

My new Entrecard and Social Spark Friend Roxy tagged me for this Crazy Eight Meme. Now I can’t turn down a meme and I’m sure if I look back I have done a half a dozen of these, but I am sure I can find more dirt in my closet to spill. Here are the rules:

1. Each player starts with 8 random facts/habits about themselves.
2. People who are tagged, write a blog post about their own 8 random things, and post these rules.
3. At the end of your post you need to tag 8 people and include their names.
4. Don’t forget to leave them a comment on their blog and tell them they’ve been tagged, and to come back and read your blog for the whole story.

Here we go:

1. I love the weather and am very fascinated with tornadoes. I would love to chase one day.

2. I still love 80’s hairbands and when I hear one of them sing, I think back to my high school days and how I got my first feel up at my workplace.. ahhh those were the days.

3. I don’t have the patience I had years ago. Stupid people make my skin crawl and teenagers make me wanna stick a knife in my ears.

4. I still can’t accept the fact that my back is totally screwed up. And I get mad and take it to offense when someone is trying to help me even if I don’t ask for it.

5. I bet a nickel to a donut my kids will forget Mother’s Day until my hubby reminds them. I’m not important to them.

6. I used to be a packrat and would keep everything the girls made. I finally broke myself from that habit when I ran out of dresser room.

7. I am a reality TV nut. My fave right now is Survivor. This has been the best season in a long long time.

8. I have contemplated and attempted suicide before. But now I’m better and don’t think I could do that to my kids.

Ok, there’s my Crazy Eights now to tag 8 people.. Some of these I tag are long time friends and some are new friends. You do not have to participate if you do not want to.

I always loved this picture. It reminds me of the Old West. I took it about a year ago at my Aunt’s house. I still to this day have no idea why she had a wagon wheel on her front porch. But I’m glad she did, makes for an interesting shot don’t ya think so?

Thirteen Places I Have Visited

1. Image and video hosting by TinyPic
When I was a teen, we went to a little border town in Mexico. We walked across the border and the Rio Grande river. It was the most amazing experience of my life.

2. Image and video hosting by TinyPicWhen I lived in Kentucky, we cross the state line in Illinois and visited the Home of Superman in Metropolis Illinois.

3. Image and video hosting by TinyPic

The U.S.S. North Carolina. Anyone that enjoys history would love to tour the battleship. At that point in my life, I wanted to go into the military.

4. Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Graceland. I was real young, but I remember the gates were closed. They didn’t want my rowdy ass family in the Kings house. I don’t blame them.

5. Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Santa Rosa Island, Florida. Absolutely beautiful. We camped right on the beaches. Of course this was way back in the day. We seen shark up close and a little to personal.

6. Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Tunica Mississippi. The only time in my life I have stepped foot inside of a Casino. I loved it though and dream of going back. I went pregnant, so no free drinks for me.

7. Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Lookout Mountain outside of Chattanooga Tennessee. This place is awesome. From the top of the mountain you can look out and see 7 states. Well not with the naked eye of course. A great place for a family vacation.

8.Image and video hosting by TinyPic

The Tennessee Aquarium in Chattanooga. This is the best place in the world to take kids. They get to touch stingrays, watch butterflies in their natural elements. We took our girls there and they loved it.

9. Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Natural Tunnel State Park in Virginia. I’m not 100% positive this is the one I seen, but when I was younger we took a trip to see a natural tunnel. I’m fascinated with the natural wonders of the outdoors.

10. Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Fort Morgan in Gulf Shores Alabama. I was young, really young when we went here. But I remember a statue going into the place. I wonder how many ghost are there. Hmmmm

Ok, I have ran out of places I have been and would recommend so the next few will be of places I want to go to.

11. Image and video hosting by TinyPic

New York. I want to see a play on Broadway and visit Central Park. And hit up some museums. Oh and naturally try the food.

12. Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Death Valley. When I was a teen I was determined to get married there. But instead I hopped over to the county courthouse. Long ways from here to Death Valley.

13. Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Australia. Besides having a good friend there, I have always wanted to visit there. Every time I hear Australia, I think if Mick Dundee and Nemo. But being my hubby’s a sissy to flying or getting on a boat, that’s one trip I will have to take alone.

This is an awesome Meme. Karen at Winding Threads tagged me for this a few days ago.

Here are the rules for this meme:

1) Go back through your archives and post links to five favorite blog posts that you’ve written. But there is a catch:
a) Link 1 must be about family.
b) Link 2 must be about friends.
c) Link 3 must be about yourself, who you are… what you’re all about.
d) Link 4 must be about something you love.
e) Link 5 can be about anything you choose.

2) Post your five links, and then tag five other people. At least TWO of the people you tag must be newer acquaintances so that you get to know each other better.

1. This post tickles me every time I see it. It’s Shorty doing her best head banging. I tell ya, that kid is a trip.

2. This post is me letting go of a friend. Even though it was hard to do, it was done for the best. Things in my life seem so much better.

3. There are so many post on who I am and who I want to be. I honestly can’t pick just one. There’s a post on the past, the present and the future of me.

4. Of course I love my kids, but I also love my hubby. Even though at times he’s a royal PITA, he’s my PITA. He’s been here for me when no one else was and I love him beyond words.

5. This post is me making a complete and utter fool out of myself. It’s ok to laugh I did too after I realized what had happened.

On to the tagging.
