As bloggers, we all thrive to make our website the best it can be. We often look for guidance from other bloggers who have the knowledge to help us understand what we are seeking for. I myself like for things to be drawn out in simple terms. I do not want to read SEO tips that are way above my head. I want it simple and understandable.
Allinanchor.com is a really cool internet marketing news blog. It’s nicely laid out and it’s a pretty informative website. And it doesn’t have the over powering feel of someone trying to push their views on you. And I totally understand what the blogger is trying to convey and I understand what he’s writing.
There’s some really awesome tips on how to get your website to the number one position. As well as good articles on which company is outranking the competition. Jacket Time
Finding a good jacket to fit my hubby is pretty much impossible. He’s got a very long torso thus my problem finding him one. The ones that I do buy for him, I end up using them myself because they always hit me just like I want. Since we are in the South, it’s rare to need a very heavy coat. To do it again
When I got married, I did it the typical southern way. I went to the courthouse. It really wasn’t my first choice, but at the time it was my only choice. I would love to renew my wedding vows in a very extravagant way. I would love to take a Family or group holiday in Spain and get married in a nice mansion. That would be so awesome. Hey with the money I’m gonna save from not smoking, I might be able to afford a cool trip like that.
I’d love to be able to renew my vows in a garden at night time. With a full moon casting over us. With candles flickering in the breeze and our shadows bearing witness to our vows. The breeze gently blowing the sweet scent of the flowers towards my face. Man what I wouldn’t give for a second chance to do it right.
We made a promise when we got married to renew our vows at 10 years. Well we are a few years late. I want to wear the nice dress, have my sweet husband in a tuxedo and my girls as my bridesmaids. I want to hold a bouquet of flowers in my hand and have a song playing softly in the background. Just little simple things that I missed out on with the first go around.

What I like about this social network is that you have to have a valid and current college email address. A .EDU email in order to gain access. No valid address no access. With so many online predators surfing places like Myspace or Facebook, this makes me feel somewhat better about social networking.
BuddyUniversity offers many different aspects to their community. There’s a bookstore, a forum, classified, and college news. You can hook up online for study dates and pass around vital information needed.
One of the forums that I belong to has a few college kids that would be interested in a place like this. I think it’s a great idea for a place for college kids to get together and have their own private place separate from the rest of the internet and free from old sick perverts looking for young college kids. In fact, we need more safe places for our kids to visit online.
Getting my read on
I may have been in the dark to this concept. Reading books online. I knew some books could be read online, but not mystery or thriller books. I learn something new everyday. If I had a good MP3 player, I could Downloadable Audio Book where I could listen to my book while I was driving or sitting at the Dr’s office.
Since I love to read and sit at my computer it’s a great idea. And really I can buy the book online and read it in Adobe Acrobat Reader for the same price I would pay if I went up town. Not bad. I think it’s a great idea. There’s thousands of books to chose from. I could be busy for months.
Skiing is something you will almost never do in Alabama. Nope. Because we rarely get snow. What does fall barely covers the ground. There’s hardly enough to make a good descent snowman. We do have a ski lodge however. Ironic isn’t it? But most of their snow is man made. I watch people ski all the time on TV and would love to try it just once. I think I could get the hang of it since I have great balance. Those skis are made by Volkl Gotama. They have been completely redesigned for the upcoming skiing season. I wished I understood what the features are, but sadly I don’t. I know that someone will understand them. They are:

The Smart Shoe
Are you a sporty person? Well I used to be. I have been in a canoe once with my kids and didn’t like that too much. Other than that I have never been in any water activities such as Kayaking or water rafting. Though I would love to do it at least once. I imagine though that the water is cold and getting tennis shoes wet is not very good. But check these shoes out. I have never seen anything like the Vibram Five Fingers shoes.
When I first seen a picture of them I thought it was a real foot because of the way the toes are formed in the shoes. Pretty clever though. It gives a nice snug fit and is probably very comfortable to wear. And they are quite versatile. You can use different ones for different activities such as sailing, yoga, running, fitness training and much more. I would love to try a pair just to see if they are as comfortable as they look. Unique Gifts
I have had Christmas on my mind a lot here lately. Besides buying gifts for my kids, I often by unique gifts for my Mother, Aunt and Mother In Law. I try to find them gifts based on their personalities and how it will reflect the year they have had.
I ran across a little company that I absolutely love. The small Portland Oregon business has something that I have never seen. They have Salt Lamps that are very original and very unique. I found one that I want to get for my Aunt. I gave her a heart shaped locket back in August to remember her son by. And this heart shaped Salt Lamp would be beautiful sitting on her nightstand.
I’m hoping that with something like that she will know that her heart may not be complete, but it’s still whole. Watching her deal with his death this past year has been very saddening. She’s always been a strong woman and now she’s only making it day by day.

I love animals. I tend to favor the K-9 variety a little better though. I guess because I have raised so many dogs in my lifetime. Currently we own 4 dogs. Cricket is mine of course. Cocoa is Shorty’s and he’s a chocolate lab mixed with stranger. Tesa and Pebbles are 1/2 American Bulldog and 1/2 Boxer. When ever we adopt a new pet we always look online for the best way to care for them and what to expect with the breed.
