Now that the gardens around here are producing, we get some mighty tasty treats. Last night I fixed two kinds of cabbage slaw. Sweet (or BBQ) and Mayo (Eww). Today I made a cucumber salad for lunch. Shorty loves it. We usually get it at the local Italian place. They said mine was better. Woo Hoo!!
I think for supper I am gonna fix us a taco salad. I think.
I haven’t done a lot here lately. Last night I had a headache from hell and ended up taking a total of 6 motrin to make it finally stop. I think I have a sinus infection. Woo Doggy that’s fun.
I have though managed to located all our bathing suits for our trip. That’s one thing down. If I’m guessing, I will try to get everything done at the last minute. Next weekend sounds good. Why do we tend to stress so much when we are going on vacation?
